It meets on a Monday evening in the church hall. The main activities include games, sports, crafts and cooking.

During the evening one of the leaders will lead a focus session, discussing some aspect of the Christian life.

Twice a year the group goes away for the weekend, which gives further opportunities for building friendships and thinking through issues in a deeper way.
